Q- What is the biggest advantage to the FUSE-FIT adapter system? It will feel, sound and perform like a traditional epoxied installation. Q- What is the right system for me? It depends on your size, client base and objective. Regardless we offer a system for every application.
Q- Are the original FAZ-FIT and FAZ-FIT “2010” adapter’s compatible with one another? Yes they are. Q- Are all of your adapter’s compatible with one another? No! Each series of our line has unique features therefore they are not interchangeable with one another. Q- Why did you decide to re-design the original FAZ-FIT? While prototyping we found that the new, “2010” FAZ-FIT could be made 25% lighter than the original and yet become stronger due to a shorter anti-rotation section on the shaft adapter. Q- Do your adapters conform to the USGA and R&A’s adjustable club rule? Yes, our FACE-FIT and 4-PLAY series of adapters “Conform to USGA and R&A Rules. Q- What special features does the FACE-FIT adapter system offer? Each FACE-FIT hosel adapter or shaft adapter is adjustable to your specific preference for lie angle and face angle. When installed in a standard position you can choose from Neutral, 1.5* Open and 1.5* Closed. Q- Do you offer a discount to large volume clubmakers? YES, we offer a "CLUBMAKER PREFERRED PROGRAM" to those ordering more than 50pcs per order there is a special log in page on our site for those who qualify. Please call or email for further information. Q- How many adapters do I have to purchase to become a distributor? We require a 250- piece opening order. You may mix and match to achieve this requirement and you must be a component supplier, O.E.M. or other qualifying industry supplier. Q- What type of club heads will accept your adapter system? Most club heads with a .335 .350 or .370 hosel. Q- Can I use one of your adapters on a competitor’s adjustable driver or fairway wood? NO, each company utilizes proprietary design features that will not accept a competitors adapter system. Q- Why do I add 1.25” of additional tip trimming with FAZ-FIT 2010, 4-PLAY, FAZ-FIT v.2 and FACE-FIT adapters? This is necessary to make up for the lack of shaft insertion within the hosel and is the only way to yield proper feel and shaft stiffness. Q- Can I use Fast Set Epoxy with one of your adapters? NO, all of our adapter products require the use of high strength epoxy. Q- Can I use a brass or plastic shim with your adapters? NO, this will void our warranty and is dangerous due to reduced insertion in the shaft adapter. Q- Can I reuse your adapters? Yes you can, providing that you use the proper tools and follow our step by step instructions. Q-How long has Club-Conex been in business? We’ve been in business since 2004. We are considered a pioneer in the field of interchangeable golf club technology. Q- How long is your warranty period? We offer a 1-year warranty on all of our products. However, you must have proof of purchase and we will not warranty products that have been abused.
