DISTRIBUTOR REQUIREMENTS All new distributors will be placed on a probationary period of 90 days. Their sales volume will be calculated at the end of this period to determine which pricing level they will qualify for moving forward.IF WITHIN ANY CALANDER YEAR A “DISTRIBUTOR” FALLS BELOW $2000.00 IN ANUUAL PURCHASES THEY WILL HAVE THEIR DISTRIBUTION RIGHTS TERMINATED! PRICING AND MAP RESALE POLICY All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices prevailing at the time of purchase will be applied to your order. We insist that all distributors employ a unilateral pricing policy. This ensures profitability for all distributors worldwide and allows everyone to compete upon a level playing field. MINIMUM ORDERS First time minimum orders apply to all distributors. As a distributor your minimum opening order requirement is two hundred fifty pieces. All distributors may mix and match product SKU’s to achieve the minimum order requirements. Once you are a distributor there in no re-order minimum. There are no minimum orders required for clubmakers. WARRANTY CLUB–CONEX INC. warrants all products to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Please review each product for specific warranty information. RETURNS CLUB–CONEX INC. will accept returns within (30) days from the date of purchase. Any and all returns or exchanges will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will not accept returns after the (30) day grace period has expired.NO EXCEPTIONS!
