- Abrade inside of Fuse-Fit Shaft Adapter
- Clean inside (cotton swab and acetone recommended)
Installation
(bonding Fuse-Fit Shaft Adapter and shaft)

- Carefully apply epoxy to the inside of Fuse-Fit Shaft Adaptor
- Apply shafting beads (if necessary)
- Install Shaft Adapter until top (flat end) reaches 2.125” up the shaft tip
- Rotate to desired position (Default: indicator line opposite of shaft logo)
- Wipe off excess epoxy (DO NOT leave epoxy in corners of Shaft Adapter)
- Allow epoxy to fully cure before handling again
- Remove masking tape and push o-ring and nut toward Shaft Adapter
Finishing
- Irons - butt trim to desired length (w/o head)
- Butt trim to 36.125” (w/o head) = 37.5” (total length w/ head)
- Convert length appropriately (e.g. 35.625” = 37”, etc.)
- Wedges - butt trim o desired length (w/o head)
- Butt trim to 33.25” (w/o head) = 35.25” (total length w/ head)
- Convert length appropriately (e.g. 33.75” = 35.75”, etc.)
- Affix head to shaft, then measure CPM (no grip; 5” clamp at 40 psi)
- Install grip to desired position (Default: align grip logo with shaft logo)
- Label shaft with length and CPM (Default: 0.5” below grip, align w/ logos)
- Irons - butt trim to desired length (w/o head)

Heads
Must reference previously built shaft w/ Fuse-Fit
Alteration
Head weight with all Fuse-Fit components should equal OEM weight
- Record OEM weight of head (without ferrule - if applicable)
- Dry fit Fuse-Fit Hosel Adapter over hosel with size AA, A, B, or C
- Affix dry fitted head to shaft (previously built w/ Fuse-Fit)
- Measure total length
- Measure the difference of labeled shaft length to actual club length
- Cut the difference in length from the hosel (if possible)
- Drill to lower bore depth (if necessary)
- Record weight of head, Fuse-Fit Hosel Adapter, and Fuse-Fit Shaft Adapter Kit
- Add or relieve weight (if possible) to match original OEM weight
Installation
Bonding Fuse-Fit Hosel Adapter and hosel
- Abrade outside of hosel
- Abrade inside of Fuse-Fit Hosel Adapter (until black is removed from inside)
- Clean all abraded surfaces (acetone recommended)
- Fully mix 2-part epoxy (golf club specific - other epoxies NOT recommended)
- Apply epoxy to abraded portion of hosel and inside of Hosel Adapter
- Place Fuse-Fit Hosel Adapter over hosel
- Align indicator line on Fuse-Fit Hosel Adapter parallel to club face
- Wipe excess exterior epoxy (NO NOT LEAVE EPOXY ON THREADINGS)
- Allow epoxy to fully cure before handling again
- Use a .370 reamer bit to clear excess epoxy and material from inside hosel
