Payment

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. We do not offer open or billable terms. For your convenience, we accept the following forms of payment- VISA, MC, AMEX, Disc, Money Order, Paypal and business check.

Freight

All shipments are F.O.B. from Scottsdale, Arizona. All domestic orders Fed Ex Ground unless chosen differently. All international orders will ship Fed Ex. International orders are subject to incoming duteis, and taxes from your local governmental body and these are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Policy

Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours of payment, Monday – Friday during normal business hours.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices prevailing at the time of purchase will be applied to your order.

Warranty

Club-Conex warrants all products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of (6) months unless otherwise stated. Products purchased from one of our distributors must be returned directly to them and the original sale receipt must be included. Items being returned will be replaced with the same item or a comparable item of equal or lesser value.

Return Policy

We will accept returns within (30) days from the date of purchase. All returns must be in the original packaging. Any and all returns and or exchanges will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will not accept returns beyond (30) days from the date of purchase!

Accountability
Club Conex collects, at time of your sign-on to its web site and registration for product purchase, certain “personal information” (information that personally identifies you) such as your name, email address, home or work address, telephone number, and your computer hardware and software (e.g. IP address, operating system, browser type, domain name, URL, access times, and referring web site addresses). Club Conex will normally afford you a reasonable opportunity to review the personal information in your file upon request through the Club Conex web site or to the Privacy Officer made by you after providing sufficient identification. Club Conex wants to ensure that its Privacy Policy meets its customers’ needs.
